• You must provide accurate, current, and complete candidate information (NEET score, rank, category, domicile).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and any activity under your credentials.
• PiersEdu is intended for prospective medical students, applicants, and their parents/legal guardians.

3Advisory Scope & No Guarantee of Admission

4Paid Counselling Plans & Payments

We offer two transparent, one-time paid plans: Plan 1 (AI Counsellor - ₹1,999) and Plan 2 (AI Choice Filling Assistant - ₹3,999).

• All payments are processed securely through licensed payment gateways.
• Plans are valid for the complete NEET UG 2026 counselling season.
• Refund requests are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5Prohibited Activities

• Scraping, automated data harvesting, or reverse-engineering proprietary cutoff datasets.
• Reselling, sharing, or commercially redistributing your account access or choice lists.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or transmitting malicious software.

6Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary software, UI designs, calculation algorithms, database compilations, and brand materials belonging to PiersEdu are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to the use of PiersEdu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
